    "I've been with my X-Train family for just over three years now. Over the three years, I have trained with all three trainers, Urvashi, Jaysukh and Neelam... I have to say that I LOVE every minute of it. The adrenaline rush, the absolutely friendly trainers and the amazingly intense work out regimes. I joined X-Train to lose weight and tone up. I have succeeded in this. I have lost weight and I have dropped dress sizes however I have also gained brilliant friends through the social events organised throughout the year. The best part is that I have gained the fitness and flexibility to do anything my trainers ask me to complete.
